Vietnamese Annual Feast of St. Joachim and St. Anne – July 2014

On July 26th, 2014 the Vietnamese community gathered at the La Salette Shrine in Attleboro, MA to celebrate the Feast of St. Joachim and St. Ann. This annual celebration gathers faithful from not only the Archdiocese of Boston, but also from neighboring Dioceses. Over 1,000 faithful attended this event this year. Open to all ages, this event offered Eucharistic Adoration, Reconciliation, traditional Vietnamese food, a procession and Holy Mass with Most Reverend Dominic Luong, Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Orange.

A beautiful procession took place prior to the Holy Mass gathering families, priests, seminarians, and religious sisters, as they all prayed the rosary together.
